Liberty’s Tears

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” If only our country’s immigration policies had any relationship to that quote inscribed at the base of the Statue of Liberty. I believe the great lady would cry to see how those seeking to come to the US have been treated.
